CHICAGO - (May 30, 2008) Whole Bakers, which specializes in gluten-free treats, will be hitting the road at various Chicagoland locations this summer, sampling their delicious gluten-free cookies!

Whole Bakers was founded in 2007 by Patty Stewart, who made a commitment to have an online bakery which produces the best gluten-free, specialty baked goods for consumers. Whole Bakers cookies target not only those individuals who face gluten intolerance, but every individual craving the desire of an exceptional healthy cookie.
