About Whole Bakers

Whole Bakers, founded in 2007 by Patty Stewart, who herself suffers from Celiac Disease, made a commitment to have a bakery which produces the best gluten-free, specialty baked goods for consumers. Whole Bakers cookies will target not only those individuals who face gluten intolerance, but every individual craving the desire of an exceptional healthy cookie. Whole Bakers is proud to have our own gluten-free facility located here in Chicago. All our equipment, baking, mixing, storing and production is for our gluten free line only. We are busy creating many new cookies and an entire gluten-free muffin line to be added to our existing gluten free treats which will all be available for shipping and purchasing in May 2008.
