Thank You for Great Cookies

I was diagnosed a celiac in January, after almost 60 years of happily unrestricted eating. My husband found out about you in the Chicago Tribune and your cookies are doing much to mitigate the changes I've made. (Living gluten-free is far better than living with perpetual digestive distress, but I still miss flour.)
